My first few days in the school..

This is my school uniform and do i look handsome in it? I am all prepared and ready to go to school on my first day :-)

I am pretty excited in the first day at school and i am very sticky to mummy, don't really want to listen to teacher's instructions. On the top left pic, we are all sitting down after assembly and waiting for our turn to wash hand before proceed to take our lunch.

I try to self-feed my lunch but knowing that mummy is beside me, i want mummy to feed me instead.

On the bottom right pic, i look so happy in it :-)

I would say that i do enjoy my class (cause mummy stay with me for the first ONE week in school), just that sometime i feel tired towards 2pm+ cause it is my usual nap time.. But somehow i will adjust my nap time to ard 3pm cause my class ends at 2.45pm.

On the bottom left pic, we have to hold our friend's hand all the time when walking to the assembly room, toilet, go home etc.. I am quite shy initially but Alyssa is not, she will come and hold my hand and walk together. ** Shy shy me**

One thing i love to go school is also mainly due to the outdoor play area.. We get to play outdoor play everyday for about 1/2 an hour cause it can improved our motor skills. And my favourite is the pink car! And because most of the newcomers are also interested in this car, therefore we have to take turns to play!

Fyi, mummy tried to leave me with teachers on my second day of school and i cried and screamed so badly till i vomit! Mummy was so heart pain hearing me cry and shout "mummy, mummy".. Tears was floating in mummy's eye when she heared me crying and yelling.. And after mummy discussed with teachers, the conclusions is mummy will accompany me throughout my lesson for the first week and hope that i can get used to the teachers, classmates, classroom and the envriornment. Mummy really hope that i can get used to it soon!

Thomas & Friends

On sunday, we went to Jurong Point to catch Thomas & Friends 'live' performance. When we reached, there are already full of peoples and daddy managed to get a good place so that i can have a clear view of Thomas the Tank Engine! We also sing along with The fat controller, Sir Topham Hatt.. Too bad, the show only last for about 15mins, i wish it can last longer :-)

I enjoyed the performance but you can't tell from my face cause i am so sleepy. I fall asleep at my stroller after the performance.

Thaddeus Full month celebration

Last saturday, we attended baby Thaddeus (aunty Jacinda's second son's) full month celebration. Opps, mummy forgot to take a picture of baby Thaddeus but she remember to take some pictures with the aunties!

























Yu-qi with Rhea.. Still remember Rhea? She is 1 month older than yu-qi and did attend yu-qi's full month celebration too!

























This is the first time yu-qi wear a dress! She looks pretty in dress and if she has a long hair, it will be prettier!
Aunty Vel carry yu-qi and hopefully aunty Vel can plan for a baby soon so that all of us can have more play mates, the more the merier :-)

Mummy's head band

As u all know, i hate to have my hair cut. Therefore my hair is pretty long nowadays and i perspired easily after playing around.
Mummy saw my hair is full of sweat and she took out her head band and let me wear.. Do i look like a girl with the headband?

I am going to school tomorrow!

Hi all, just an update here. I will be attending nursery 1 tomorrow at one of the church kindergarten near my house. Mummy is pretty excited about tomorrow and she kept telling me that i will be going to school tomorrow, can play with friends at the outdoor play area, can learn with friends, have teachers to teach me and so on..
And the most important thing is that i have to self-feed lunch in the school. Maybe i am too used to being fed by mummy and kakak, thus most of the time i will demand to be fed than to feed myself although i can do it.
One thing mummy is worried is about separation anxiety! Hopefully i can adapt well to the new environment soon.. Mummy said she will pray hard for this :-)

Sizzler

Last sat, we went to Sizzler for lunch.. Yu-qi was a very good girl, she will lie down on her pram while we enjoy our food. Look, mummy was just calling qi-qi's name and she will response by her sweet smile :)


























Daddy wanted to take a picture of both of us. So when mummy place qiqi beside me, she is only interested in pulling my hairs! It hurts u know, my dear sis!

Yu-qi is 4 months old..

Yesterday morning, daddy n mummy brought yu-qi to her routine check up at 4 months old and has her vaccinated for 2nd dose of 5-in-1 jab.

Her weight is 6.14kg and her length is 61.5cm (both under 50th percentile). Luckily she has put on weight of 400gram over the past one month, otherwise PD will tell mummy to start her on some semi-solid food. PD said there is no concern for yu-qi's weight cause she is like mummy, petite size while yu-fei is like daddy, big size, fair right, the PD jokes :)

Fyi, mei-mei was a brave girl as compared to me, she didn't cry at all for the last 2 jab!! Mummy was so proud of her!

Nov thread's Mummies gathering

This is the 2nd time that mummy join the gathering with Nov's thread mummies. This time round, mummy brought me and yu-qi along and mummy was happy that both of us behave pretty well! Some aunties also comments that i am so chubby n adorable, keke.. Oh ya, me and yu-qi are not in this picture cause i am simply too shy to join in when mummy asked me to do so while yu-qi is sleeping soundly at her pram.

Yu-qi's first hair cut (before and after)

Daddy and mummy decided to trim yu-qi's hair cause her hair has been dropping and is growing unevenly.. Therefore Yu-qi had her first hair cut on 8th of March. Most of the people comments her hair looks nicer after trimming but her looks has become boyish because of her hairstyle.. Hopefully mummy won't hear others asking her, "hey, your boy was cute" !!

Popo's house

As daddy wanted to go back to M'sia to settle his car issue, therefore mummy decided to tag along and bring us back so that i can play with jie-jies and kor-kors. We went back on friday morning and stay till sunday afternoon, it was like a 3D2N short getway! This is also Yu-qi's first photo with yeh-yeh and popo cause during CNY, they are simply too busy with their mahjong session!!
Yu-qi is really a cheerful and smiley baby and was doted by all :-)

























Some photos taken outdoor.. She simply loves the garden and mummy was told by kakak that she keep kicking her leg (getting excited) while kakak bring her for a morning walk near the swimming pool.

























Finally mummy dig out the bumbo seat and let yu-qi try. Surprisingly, yu-qi can sit well and doens't need us to support her. But mummy only let her sit no more than 5mins each time as her back is still not firm yet.

Sunday morning

Not sure why I woke up so early today and after mummy has finished pump milk, she suggest we go for breakfast at McDonald. So daddy brought us to King Albert Park's Mcdonald as we need to do some marketing at Fair Price Finest. We brought yu-qi along too. I enjoy having breakfast with my family and hopefully every sunday we can have breakfast together!
