Clear Chicken Soup
Mummy constantly boiling chicken or pork stock to use as a base for my meals such as porridge and noodle soup for extra flavour.
Ingredients include:
1 whole kampung chicken
3 chinese mushroom
6 red dates
6 dried scallop and water (enough to cover all the ingredients).
Methods include:
1)put all the ingredients into slow cooker and cook on high for abt 2hours and switch to low for another 4 hours.
2)Strain and bag the stock and keep in the freezer.
