Shu Shu's Wedding
Yesterday, 27th Jan was my shu shu's (daddy's brother) wedding. I was appointed to open the car door when the brides arrived at our place.
I am getting ready to go!
So paiseh, the wedding car arrived before us ;-) Daddy hold me walk towards the wedding car.
Hmm, think daddy is the one who open the car door.. I am just posing only, haha.

Chinatown
CNY is coming soon, so daddy & mummy decided to bring me to Chinatown for a walk.. This is my very first time to Chinatown and there are so many people and some of the streets are really crowded.

Oh mummy, can i have that?
As dinner time is getting nearer, we went to Han's to have our dinner before continue to walk at Chinatown streets. Mummy let me tried her spaghetti with salmon.. Nice!
See, i am tired out.. Even with all the loud noise, i can still sleep peacefully at daddy's shoulder :)

Banana Muffins
Mummy baked some muffins for me today, i ate 1 for during tea-break, Yummy!! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
60grams = Whole Meal Flour
1/2 tablespoon = Baking powder (Sift together with whole meal flour)
1 = Medium size banana
1 = Egg
150ml = Fresh Milk
35grams = Unsalted butter
Dash of vanilla essence
15grams = Raw cane sugar
-Preheat oven to 180 degree c
-Place muffin paper cups in a muffin tray
-In a small pot over low fire, melt the butter in the milk. Turn off the fire when the milk is warm but before it bubbles.
-In a small bowl, beat the egg and add in the sugar gradually and continue to beat until all the sugar dissolved.
-Add the warm milk& butter (after it is cooled) into the egg mixture gradually.
-Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the beaten eggs.
-Use a wooden spatula to combine the flour into the egg and stir in the mashed bananas. (mashed the banana using a fork just before use, otherwise it will turn black)
-Use a table spoon and scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin cups.
-Put in the oven and bake for about 20mins.
-Stick a toothpick or satay stick into the muffins to check. If it comes out clean, it's baked.

Climbing staircase

Oven-Baked Cheese Sticks
Mummy wanted to introduce more cheese food to me, so she decided to bake me some cheese stick where she think home-made one will be definetely more healthier than the commercial one.
Haha.. Do you notice that the cheese stick is a bit fat? Actually mummy wanted to make it longer so that i can hold and feed myself. Anyway, i still managed to feed myself and finish 1 stick in less than 15mins time, really yummy!

Twice Baked Potatoes
Most of my meals is porridge, porridge and porridge. Mummy thought she could have more variety for my meal as she is a SAHM. So today, mummy baked this potatoes for my lunch again as i've rejected the previous time she made.
It's strange, i falls for it this time round.. So mummy, don't give up on trying new food to me k.
Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 washed baking potato
1 egg
2 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of formula or milk
1/2 teaspoon butter
How to cook:
Bake potato at 400 degrees F for about 1 hour or until softened. Check firmness occasionally.
Let potato cool for about 15 minutes.
Scoop out the potato and mash with a fork. Add egg, formula or milk and cheese.
Puree or use a mixer to beat out the lumps.
Baked again at 400 degree F in the potato dish set on a cookie sheet or in a muffin tin for 15 minutes.
Cool and test temperature before serving. ~ENJOY~
